Manuel is the product manager for biological processes at Aqua-Aerobic, he possesses a M.S. degree in Sanitary and Environmental Engineering from the Universidad de Cantabria, Spain. He also has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the Dominican Republic. He has worked in the wastewater treatment industry for over 25 years.
