Manuel possesses a M.S. degree in Sanitary and Environmental Engineering from the Universidad de Cantabria, Spain. He also has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Ureña, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He has worked in the wastewater treatment industry for over 20 years.
Joe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences and Chemistry from the University of Delaware and a M.S. Degree in Environmental & Waste Management from Stony Brook University. He is a Board-Certified Environmental Scientist with the American Academy of Environmental Engineers & Scientists and has worked in the water and wastewater treatment industry for over 18 years.
