Joe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences and Chemistry from the University of Delaware and a M.S. Degree in Environmental & Waste Management from Stony Brook University. He is a Board-Certified Environmental Scientist with the American Academy of Environmental Engineers & Scientists and has worked in the water and wastewater treatment industry for over 18 years.
