Lewis Butler is the Commercial Sales Manager at Nelnet Renewable Energy. Lewis serves as a board member on a number of trade associations throughout the Midwest, including the Illinois Solar Energy Association, Iowa Solar Energy Trade Association, and Missouri Trade Association. Prior to coming to the solar industry in 2017, Lewis taught economics at the college level, provided economic consulting services to businesses, campaigns, and civic groups. He holds a B.S. in Economics from Hillsdale College and an M.A. of Economics from George Mason University.
