His focus is on providing solutions for water and wastewater engineers, operators, and contractors. Paul has authored and published many technical white papers and is an accomplished presenter on the topic of blower optimization and compressed air usage. Paul has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of North Carolina.

Gatlin Gold is Atlas Copco’s Municipal Sales Manager for Western & Southern United States.  Gatlin has over a decade of experience working with municipal customers and specializes in all aspects of wastewater project management, from the initial specification all the way through to the installation, running and ongoing optimization of the facility. Gatlin has produced many case studies and whitepapers on wastewater projects, detailing the optimization and savings that were possible. Gatlin has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
