Gabriel Castelblanco, P.E. is the Business Development Manager for HOBAS Pipe USA, based in their Houston, TX manufacturing headquarters. Specializing in large-size fiberglass Non-Circular (NC) pipes, Castelblanco is involved with developing and expanding this market for HOBAS. Formerly an Applications Engineer for HOBAS, he led or collaborated in some of HOBAS’ most massive large-scale projects as well as designing pipe and complex fittings for a wide variety of installations that included direct bury and trenchless microtunneling, jacking and sliplining.
Kimberly Paggioli, P.E. is Vice President, Marketing & Quality Control for Hobas Pipe USA. She has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Connecticut and a Masters of Arts in Business Administration from University of St. Thomas, Houston, Texas. Kimberly has over 28 years of experience in fiberglass piping system design, manufacture and inspection.
Terry Anderson is currently the Product Manager for manhole structures and riser sections with Hobas Pipe USA. Terry is a graduate of Texas Tech University and has over 35 years’ experience in the fiberglass wastewater pipe and manhole industry.
