At Process Engineered Water Equipment our clients will find an unbeatable selection of wastewater treatment systems. With multiple US Patents and over twenty trademark registrations, the PEWE product portfolio offers innovative process and wastewater treatment solutions and recycling opportunities.
This allows PEWE to offer optimal package systems at the lowest cost, producing the highest revenue for our client’s process and waste stream. We design, manufacture, construct and warranty our industrial wastewater treatment systems ourselves.
Our systems are designed in-house and produced under tight quality standards. Wastewater Treatment Systems are constructed in stainless steel, polypropylene and PVC for durability and low maintenance. Detailed engineering design means operational ease and simple equipment care.
The unique dissolved air flotation technology built into each NxJEM DAF system maximizes TSS removal while minimizing chemistry usage and sludge production. The chassis and vessel are constructed of AISI 304SS. The NxJEM features a Tru Counter Flo plate pack, ParaLam Weir system, integrated pipe flocculator and Rogue MAX RGT aeration. Additionally, the unit operates under the precision of the PEWE Command Control automated panel.
The PEWE DeWater TSP triple staged screw press consists of an auger screw assembly, transport tube, drainage section, press section and me chanical drive system. The TSP will be supplied with a flanged inlet, flanged solids discharge and a flanged drainage fitting. The TSP is designed to extract moisture from wet solids. The unit DeWater TSP–250 utilizes a staged compaction screw to compress, dewater and transport the solids while allowing the squeezed liquid to drain off.
This lamella style plate settler is an excellent choice for efficient solids removal. The unique technology built into each PEWE G²-SEP GS Multi Phase Plate Clarifier maximizes settle-able solids removal while minimizing chemistry usage. The chassis and vessel standard construction is AISI 304SS. With the Tru Counter Flo plate pack and weir system, the G²-SEP GS Multi Phase Plate Clarifier operates by precise control of an optional PEWE Command Control automated panel. A pipe flocculator is available for chemical efficacy enhancement as well.
The new ASO Mobile! MBBR bioreactor is a continuous flow wastewater treatment system utilized for the reduction of soluble organics and nutrients. The key to the system is the patented media which provides a “home” for biological colonies of bacteria and protozoa to grow and flourish. The technology utilizes a single flow through design with no need for activated sludge recycling or backwashing. The media are contained within the vessel and submerged in the tank. A pump moves the wastewater to the ASO Mobile! MBBR system where a coarse air dispersal system evenly applies the wastewater to the media. The aeration grid provides for continuous application of oxygen to the bio-colony. Simple monitoring of DO, organic and nutrient levels are all that is required for efficient operation of the system.
The PEWE premier line of industrial Oil/Water Separator systems by PEWE encompasses a wide range of flow and removal capabilities. The patented technology built into every Oil/Water Separator system maximizes the removal of insoluble oil and petroleum products. All PEWE Oil/Water Separators achieve excellent removal results with minimal operator input.
The WES Mobile! Water Equipment Shelter is a custom-designed container specifically built to protect and house your water-related equipment. Equipped with pre-installed piping and electrical systems, it provides a ready-to-use solution for managing pumps, valves, and treatment system. The WES Mobile! is designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions, ensuring your equipment remains secure and operational.
The PEWE SuperSkreen SSB Bar Screen consists of a bar/flight screen, rack and frame carrier assembly, and a variable speed mechanical drive system. The SSB will be supplied with a flanged solids discharge chute. The SSB is designed to removal large solids from the waste stream without jamming.
PEWE SuperSkreen SSC In-Channel Screen consists of an auger spiral assembly with integral brush, transport tube, drainage section, press section and mechanical drive system. The SSC is designed to extract moisture from wet solids. The unit utilizes a screw to transport and compress the solids and allow the filtered liquid to drain.
Externally fed screen units are used for the removal of large insoluble material from an aqueous solution. Screens are used on process and waste water streams for particles that need to be removed to protect downstream systems. The screen can also be used for product recovery, fat removal, sludge thickening, and mixed settle-able solids for both municipal and industrial applications.
The SuperSkreen SSI series maximizes solids removal in an easy to maintain unit. The screen is a barrier by which material larger than the gap or slot size may not pass, allowing the water to continue through. Internally-fed screen units are used for the removal of large insoluble material from an aqueous solution.
Parabolic screen units, sometimes referred to as “side hill”, are used for the removal of large insoluble material from an aqueous solution. Screens are used on process and waste water streams for particles that need to be removed to protect downstream systems. The screen can also be used for product recovery, large solids separation, and mixed settleable solids for both municipal and industrial applications.

PolyAccu Dose systems are designed for efficient liquid chemical make down for water and wastewater treatment. The key to solution generation is the application of the correct mixing energy and time in the proper amount of water. By getting these three factors right with features such as the Active Blend Blade flash mixer, the PolyAccu Dose System ensures reliable chemical dosing. It is through consistent results chemical use is kept to the effective minimum.
