Ms. Whitehead brings a history of successfully managing projects for large and small utilities and has extensive hydraulic and hydrologic planning experience. She has lead efforts for hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, system characterization, alternative development, sewer system master planning, and combined sewer overflow (CSO) and sanitary sewer overflow (SSO) analysis. With her water resources background, she has developed sanitary sewer master plans, evaluated inflow and infiltration impacts, and developed alternatives for CSO and SSO controls. She has experience with PCSWMM, InfoWorks ICM, HEC-RAS, XPSWMM and ESRI software.
